In the following days, I’ll be posting a few recipes I came up with for a clean eating challenge. The main reason I wanted to do this challenge was my undying love for melted cheese. We would eat meals with melted cheese about three times a week – and that gets to you!
So I decided to look at cooking a different way (at least for one week), and try and cook meals with high nutritional value. I also challenged myself to get all of the groceries for the whole week in one go, as to save time and money throughout the rest of the week. Let’s just say I’m eternally grateful for living in a country that has great produce markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays… before telling too much and ending up saying things twice, I’ll show you the meals I have made and will tell more about them in the coming week.
